Develop an "advanced MARC Modification Templates" tool that would be usable in all the same places as the current MARC modification templates.
The tool would use Template Toolkit (TT) similar to the notices, passing the record information into the tool
Logic could be applied to do more specific updates, including allowing for specification of a position in a control field.
When used, it would work just like the other templates.
